If you did not list all of your creditors before your case was filed then an amendment can be filed to add then. Use this form to provide us with the list of creditors to be added and pay the add creditor fee
If you have an obligational to pay child support and/or alimony the Chapter 7 trustee requires that you complete this form before your court hearing. This form can be completed online. The trustee will reset your case until his form is received.
If your car is worth LESS than what you owe and you can pay the full fair market value of it in one lump sum then you can request a motion to redeem be filed. There are additional costs involved for this motion.

Your discharge date is the date that you are eligible to receive your discharge from the case. Once your case is discharged your debts are then removed.

How to Pay Filing Fee Installment
If you did not pay your full filing fee upfront when you file then you will need to pay your court filing fee DIRECTLY to the clerk of bankruptcy court.
If you paid $78.00 to file then you only paid a portion of the $338.00 fee.
Your installment payment is due 30 days from today and then the balance of the fee is due in the next 30 days.
You need to make your installment payment to the Clerk of Bankruptcy Court (NOT TO OUR OFFICE). You can make this payment ONLINE HERE.
You will receive a notice of installment payments and If you have ANY questions you can call the clerk of bankruptcy court at 404-215-1000.
Our office has NOTHING to do with these fees so make sure you contact the bankruptcy court IMMEDIATELY.
