I am the courtroom attorney for all Atlanta courtrooms and the confirmation attorney for Judge Lisa Ritchey Craig and Judge Paul M. Baisier at Saedi Law Group, LLC. I am the attorney primarily responsible for court appearances on behalf of clients.
I represent clients in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies during confirmation, miscellaneous, and post confirmation hearings. I also meet with clients through initial intake and continuing consultations. I review and prepare pleadings, motions, and orders.
I am a member in good standing with the Georgia Bar, and I have been a practicing attorney for seven (7) years. I have been with Saedi Law Group, LLC for one (1) year, but I have been a full time bankruptcy attorney for the last three (3) years. Prior to that, I practiced family, criminal, personal injury, probate, immigration, and environmental law. I received my J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida where I graduated in the top 25% of my class, and I received my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, wherein I graduated Magna Cum Laude.
I have an amazing husband, and three dogs, two French bulldogs and a border collie mix. I love to travel, and my next trip will hopefully be to Iceland. I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and moved to the United States when I was six (6), but I have lived in the Atlanta area since I was eight (8) and consider it home. I love baking and cooking, and I am always on the lookout for the next new restaurant or recipe to share with my family and friends.
I’m excited to work with you, and please feel free to email me if you have any questions or concerns. I look forward to helping you successfully navigate the bankruptcy process.
