Lorena Saedi, Founder and Managing Attorney
Lorena Saedi is an award-winning bankruptcy and consumer rights attorney and active supporter of the legal profession at both the state and local levels. For the past 20 years, her practice has been limited to the representation of individuals and families facing extraordinarily challenging financial circumstances and overwhelming debt.
Lorena’s commitment to her clients and ability to produce exceptional results has not gone unnoticed. She maintains a perfect 10/10 rating from Avvo and has been named to Thomson Reuters’ list of Super Lawyers for consecutive years, an honor reserved for only 5% of attorneys practicing in Georgia.
In addition to her direct work on behalf of clients, Lorena is frequently invited to speak on issues related to consumer debt, pro bono work, and advanced technology in the practice of law. In addition, her popular YouTube channel serves as a key resource for individuals, families, and attorneys involved in the bankruptcy process or those forced to deal with issues such as foreclosure, repossession, and wage garnishment.
While producing positive outcomes for clients has always been her team’s most important goal, Lorena believes all attorneys have an obligation to promote a legal system that is fair and accessible to all members of the community.
“Our clients come to us at the crossroads of their lives. It’s our job to put our training and experience to work on their behalf, but also to understand that the result will impact their families well into the future. It’s a big responsibility, but also very much a privilege to do the work with do.”- Lorena Saedi
A native of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, Lorena earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee. Since completing her own education, she has served as a mentor to students at Georgia State University College of Law.
When not practicing law, Lorena enjoys spending time with family, watching college sports, traveling and donating time to charitable organizations such as Young Mens Service League and Project Open Hand Atlanta.
